From Corporation to Human – and Back Again
After studying German Literature, English, and Philosophy, I found myself drawn into the corporate world. 27 years in HR, the last 17 of which I spent as HR Manager leading international teams across the DACH region. I knew responsibility, performance, success – and the mechanics by which organizations operate.
But at some point, I realized: within all those structures, processes, and targets, something essential was getting lost – the human being.
And I experienced the darker side firsthand: burn-out, inner conflicts, the feeling of losing yourself in the relentless pressure of our performance-driven society. The many roles we play daily – as parent, partner, friend, employee, leader – can tear us apart when we constantly neglect our own needs.
These crises didn't break me; they redirected me. They led me to what I do today: accompanying people through processes of change – systemically, mindfully, with depth.
What sets me apart:
I'm not a textbook coach. I come from practice – from corporate reality with its constraints, but also its possibilities. Through my training as a Systemic Coach and certified Mediator, I can now combine my understanding of organizational dynamics with a deeply human-centered approach.
What drives me is not the question "How can people function better?" but rather "How can people remain within systems without losing themselves?"
My tools:
Systemic Coaching, Mediation, Archetypal Work, Inner Child Work. Embedded in a framework that allows space for stillness (bodywork and meditation), movement (yoga), and the healing power of nature. My background in the humanities gives me the language for what often seems unspeakable.
Who I work with:
I accompany people – whether they are
- navigating professional transitions
- leading as managers torn between humanity and performance targets
- working through conflicts in teams
- simply sensing that "there's more" than just functioning
I also work with organizations – but only where genuine transformation is desired, not just efficiency gains. Where people are seen as human beings, not as resources.
What working with me means:
You won't get a consultant who tells you how to function better. You'll get a companion who has walked through crises himself, who knows both worlds – that of organizations and that of inner development – and who understands: real change requires courage, reflection, and sometimes the pain of letting go.
With the help of valuable people, I've learned to recognize crises as necessary developmental steps. Let me become such a companion for you too – someone who supports you on your path, helps you navigate difficult situations, and look toward the future with self-respect.
After 17 years in the corporate world, I could have continued. But I consciously chose a different path – because I realized: life's most important questions aren't answered in strategy meetings, but in silence, in conversation, in honest encounters with ourselves and sometimes with others.
I want to help people become the subject of their own lives again – rather than merely functioning in roles that others have laid out for them.
